We undertake bench to bedside research in the major respiratory disease areas including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), respiratory infections, CF/bronchiectasis, interstitial and rare lung diseases as well as lung cancer. Core research themes/topics: respiratory infection respiratory medicine lung cancer interstitial lung disease COPD and rehabilitation tissue remodelling and genomics digital health and inequalities magnetic resonance imaging therapeutics
