Have you studied psychology as a major or minor subject but your degree is not accredited by the BPS? Do you want to develop a career in organisational psychology or related areas such as human resource management?

Our Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides you with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organisations. You'll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organisational change, plus more.

During the course, you'll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software. All of which are applicable to the workplace and designed to hone your skills as a practitioner.

Upon graduation, you'll be ready to apply what you've learned to the real world of work.

Course fees for UK students

Full time fee: MSc: £11,250, PGDip: £6,167. If you are studying part-time, you will be charged a proportion of this fee each year (subject to inflation).

International fees
Course fees for EU and international students

Full time fee: MSc: £28,200, PGDip: £18,800. Part-time and part-course students will pay a proportion of the stated fee for each year of the course depending on the amount of study they are undertaking.
