Join us for your PhD in Biomedical Sciences to explore common health problems of relevance to the modern world. We're researching ageing, cancer, diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease, with emphasis on heart physiology, haemostasis and thrombosis. We offer flexible modes of study designed to fit with your needs. Our PhD is available for study on a full-time basis over three years and part-time over four to six years. Both full-time and part-time variants are available for study in Reading, or at a distance for students who live outside the UK.
Accommodation costs will vary depending on whether you choose standard, premium or private accommodation, and how long you are staying. Prices can vary from around £160 to £350 per week.
