On this programme you will gain an in-depth knowledge of finance and banking, as well as risk management, elevating your skills in-line with increased workplace demand.

Career Options

The Banking and Finance pathways will prepare you to work in either corporate finance or in the financial services industry. Whereas the Risk Management pathways will help you secure work in business risk management, project management or hybrid roles.

These pathways combined will allow you to take on general management, hybrid or consultancy roles in a wide range of sectors.

On the MSc, the consultancy project will help prepare you for a career as a consultant, whilst the dissertation option allows you to explore a relevant topic of your choice in-depth and may lead to further research/study (i.e. a doctorate programme).

You should usually hold a second-class honours degree (certain programmes may require a 2:1) from a recognised British or overseas university. Applicants will be expected to apply and register for the full master's award.
