Entry requirements

An ordinary degree, or international equivalent. Degree must include 40 SCQF credits from either politics or sociology. A further 40 SCQF credits from the subjects listed: Economics Criminology Geography History or Economic History International relations Law (please note that the LLB/LLB Hons Law is not acceptable as it does not contain the appropriate range of subjects) Politics (only where not used as first 40 SCQF credits) or Sociology (only where not used as first 40 SCQF credits) Social policy. Maths & English Higher (SCQF Level 6) English Grade C or above National 5 (SCQF Level 5) Mathematics Grade C or above.
