This includes clinical and nurse leaders across any speciality, allied healthcare professionals, service managers and other nonclinical leaders across the health and care sector, including the third sector.

Established leaders have the opportunity to study core disciplines and hone the knowledge and skills required to succeed at the most senior levels. The programme provides a springboard for aspiring leaders to transition from more functionalist positions to more senior, strategic roles.

Drawing on the depth and breadth of expertise across the University and our extensive networks of sector experts, the programme incorporates the latest research and thought leadership, along with practice-based knowledge, insights and skills.
