From theory and practice in wellbeing, to the challenges of social work practice in safeguarding, mental health, adoption, reflective practice, and the exploration of extraordinary childhoods, digital childhoods and emotional lives – you’ll work with experts in their fields in a vibrant interdisciplinary research community. We host three research centres: Centre for Innovation and Research in Adult Wellbeing Centre for Innovation and Research in Childhood and Youth (jointly hosted by the Department of Education and the Department of Social Work and Social Care) Centre for Social Work Innovation and Research.
