Overview

Within the School of Computing and Engineering we offer PhD supervision by a multi-disciplinary academic team. You will be able to draw on our expertise in structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, hydraulic and fluid dynamics, material behaviour, computational modelling and environmental engineering.

Your research will be supported by our computational and experimental facilities. We have strong links with industry and excellent employability in the diverse sector of civil engineering.
