The MSc Leading Improvement in Health and Social Care is designed to support students working in health and social care services. It allows space for you to consider the strategic aspects of your own workplace context, to consider how to effectively improve your services and to improve your own leadership skills. The MSc uses a spiral curriculum that allows you to learn in class, then apply the learning in your workplace, then return to class to build on your knowledge. In this way, evidence-based care can be implemented, and as you learn the skills to implement and bring research knowledge into action, you can also develop your own competencies, skills and leadership potential. Award This is the full Masters version of the course. You can also choose to qualify with the following awards: PgCert - a 1-year work-based learning course, studying the MSc Leading Improvement in Health and Social Care's first year curriculum.
