The Multimedia Journalism Postgraduate Diploma (Broadcast) is a highly practical, well-rounded course that produces multi-skilled broadcast journalists. On this course, you’ll gain a broad perspective of a range of multimedia specialisms and master skills such as news gathering, live reporting, editing and voice work – underpinned with a thorough understanding of media law, ethics and regulation. Study for your Postgraduate Diploma begins in September and will finish around Easter. If you wish to continue to study for the full MA level, which continues until August, you can decide to top up. The full MA has been accredited by the Broadcast Journalism Training Council (BJTC). Our students regularly win BJTC awards, and the MA course has been awarded the BJTC award for excellence in teaching.
