This stand-alone module enhances your knowledge of identifying physical health concerns in assessment of adults, complimenting your history taking skills with critical debate and diverse medical knowledge. You will be able to produce analysis of patients’ biological, psychological and social determinants of health, then use this analysis to form a rational, information-based plan for clinical care. To access Developing History Taking and Physical Assessment for the Adult Patient/Client - Stand Alone Module. You must be a registered healthcare professional with evidence of the ability to study at academic level 7. You will be in a role which requires you to undertake and report on the outcome of the physical assessment of your patient.
