Course Summary

Designed to build the new expertise required for the ever-changing, fast developing 21st century media practice, this exciting course fosters individuality, confidence and creativity, focused on the processes of making and critiquing media that is socially, politically, economically and ethically engaged.

You will have the opportunity to join our community of critical thinkers and makers, taught by staff who are themselves film makers, authors and artists, who will challenge traditional and emergent practices. We’ll encourage you to experiment and develop new forms that take full advantage of the possibilities of blending the analogue with the digital.

Course information

Students are taken seriously as media producers. We offer a creative space in which you will have the opportunity to build on your existing knowledge and practice, adopting new perspectives and learning new skills to help you thrive in the next stage of your career as a media producer – mastering techniques in the use of applications such Studio Artist, ISADORA and Klynt.

From the outset, this course is designed to prepare you for a broad range of positions as media practitioners by developing your technical and creative skills.
