The knowledge and skills related to business psychology are fundamental for occupational psychologists and for a diverse range of professionals, including marketeers, organisational communication and human resources professionals. The discipline suits anyone that manages and works as part of a team. This course is accredited and recognised by the following bodies: Association of Business Psychology (ABP); Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This course aims to provide a thorough grounding in the theory and practical skills required to apply psychological research, business tools and methods within a variety of organisational settings and corporate cultures.

Through the learning of business psychology techniques for the promotion of individual wellbeing and organisational success, the course helps prepare you for business and organisational psychology roles in management and consultancy, in human resources and many other functions such as learning, training and development, recruitment, health and wellbeing. Many of our graduates on the on-campus version of this course have gone on to work as independent business psychologists and consultants for companies like Kelloggs and Ricoh UK. Graduates have also found employment in sales, in HR, and as learning, training and development practitioners.
