The aim is for you to understand the role of CRM and CE in the overall business strategy as well as the marketing mix. In addition to content-based teaching, we provide experience of CRM applications, analytics, processes and their implementation and application of CRM and CE in realistic situations. As a result of this Module you will be confident in their ability to conceive and design a CRM and or CE programme.

Entry requirements

Students must hold either a first or a second class UK honours degree in a relevant discipline, or international degree - equivalent of UK qualifications; Students who do not meet these criteria may be considered if they have a professional qualification (e.g. CIM) together with 5 years' post-qualification relevant work experience. Other relevant qualifications, together with significant experience, may be considered.
