Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management MSc

FALMOUTH UNIVERSITY
Overall Rating

If you want to waste 1-3 years of your youth ... there you go sign up. Otherwise I'd recommend going for a different course and even a different uni all together.

Student Union

No impact from them.

Clubs and Societies

A good range of societies.

Uni Facilities

Course and Lecturers

This course is not at all what is sold to you at the start - competitve, thriving, high impact. The staff really seem like they rather be anywhere else, they have extremely poor issue management skills and perpetuate issues, making the experience unpelasant. The program feels like a failing venture that they keep flogging.. unsurprising that so many past staff members aparently left. No communication and 0 value add from the majority of staff who have no startup experience and in some cases barely any digital experience. The best thing about the program is the monthly payments sadly... you will not get any other value so certainly don't leave anything worthwhile to do this. If you're fresh out of uni, it might be an ok proposition but you are very unlikely to come out of the program with anything worthwhile. Diversity is also extremely low.

City Life

You have to get a bus to the penryn campus, it isn't walkable sadly.

Job Prospects

Not on my course, they passive agressively try to get you to form this business, take a big cut and pretend you won't have no money in the 2nd year. We had to hear this from past students.

Student Support

Never heard about any of these services. I'm sure they're there but we also have barely been on campus due to Covid.
