Our MRes in Sport, Exercise and Health Science is a unique applied programme which provides students with the opportunity to specialise in research in a specific area of interest. You will engage in applied practice work experience alongside producing novel and exciting research under supervision that is targeted to your favoured interests.

The entry requirements for this course are 2:1 above in any undergraduate degree, 2:2 will be considered by individual application only and will be subject to an interview process and completion of a short bridging module (Preparing for Academic Success). Applications are welcome from all backgrounds but if the undergraduate degree was not achieved in the sport discipline, the applicant will be subject to an interview. Applicants must also have achieved a 2:1 grade in their undergraduate dissertation/project. If applicants have been out of education for >5 years, they are required to complete a short bridging module (Preparing for Academic Success).
