From my first insight, Hartpury is a young and new University that strives hard to improve higher education, particularly in postgraduate studies. I've been studying at Hartpury for one semester already. Overall, I feel that Hartpury is a very novel and diversified University that promotes inclusion, innovation and curiosity towards research studies. Lecturers here are really willing and practically helping students during lectures, assessment period and even in search of different useful and possible approaches to get improvement on projects. Although the location is rural with only one school bus line running, Hartpury indeed has quite good campus facilities, commercial farms and recreational areas covered with woodlands, hedgerows and grasslands after some renovation, for both local and international students for pursuing studies related but not limited to equine science, animal welfare and agriculture. Everything in the campus is very accessible within walking distance. The only thing is that sometimes there is a bit delay on email about registration process, this could have been improved by having stable admin staff (not only one for everything). Other than that, Hartpury has a nice study and active learning environment that encourages students' incentive to ask, read and research more. And I hope in near future there will be more international students like me joining Hartpury to achieve good science.
