The Digital Innovation pathway will equip you with the knowledge, skills and tools to lead, manage, develop, and implement innovation digital business solutions.

Commercial focus

Our students learn to develop a strategic approach and apply appropriate theories and models to create new business value, by exploring how digital technology innovations and leadership can be harnessed to strategically organise and lead people and technology in a digital environment.

Modules

This module aims to enable students to understand management theories and project management practices such as Agile and PRINCE2. Students will be able to carry out project planning with different methods, and incorporate risk management and quality control techniques. Students will also be able to understand the characteristics of IT projects and improve the success rate of project management.

Entry requirements

2.1 degree, or equivalent, from an internationally recognised university; not necessarily in a related discipline. You are expected to hold an upper second-class bachelors degree from a UK university, or an equivalent qualification from an internationally-recognised university. Prior knowledge or experience of your chosen subject area is not required. We welcome applications from recent university graduates from a wide range of disciplines.
