KING'S COLLEGE LONDON, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON
Overall Rating

The King’s campuses are in pretty central locations in london so you’ll never have to travel far. There are very good libraries which are 24/7 so you can pull all nighters as much as you like especially during exam season. Another good thing about KCL is the support for students in terms of mental health and well being. I know many people who (after they had sought help) had the appropriate pastoral care given to them and that’s important because university isn’t easy However as with most things, knowing where and who to look to for these things is important Sometimes the administration here is not great and that does affect the smooth running of things but not enough to ruin your time at uni or make your life difficult Also living in london is very expensive Finally, KCL is made up of different mini campuses as opposed to a large campus like a lot of unis outside london. This isn’t the university to go to (or the city to be in) if you’re looking for a campus feel

Student Union

Accommodation

There is so much going on in london. Literally any and every interest is catered for, even the most niche interest. The public transport system is the best (except when there are strikes) and this makes getting to places relatively straight forward However london is expensive, very busy and maybe too noisy for some. It’s not student friendly in price, rent, bills etc. even student accommodation is expensive
