Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at King's College London, University of London

King's is located literally in the heart of London, which gives its students not only access to world-class teaching facilities, but also to everything the center of London has to offer.
What may seem a bit daunting if the lack of "proper campus spirit" due to 5 university campuses being spread all across London. read full review

King’s college London is one of the top 100 universities in the world with great alumni and it is a great pleasure to study in such a highly reputed institution. But the thing I find difficult to cope up with is the high rising expenses in the London city. From rent to electricity bills to groceries and food, the price is really high and for a student like me funded by the parents living in a developing country like India , it is very hard to handle the cost of living. read full review
The supervisor approach is very helpful, the library is extensive, and the number of seminars is great read full review
It is definitely better than most especially if you are at Guys Campus. I'm at Waterloo which is definitely not the best campus but the lecturers are all mostly excellent and they go out of their way to assist everyone. read full review
The location and module offerings are wonderful. But I don’t feel academically supported by my module convenors, don’t feel incorporated into student life, and with the strikes, am not getting an education despite the massive cost of tuition. read full review
Best:
Central location, great facilities, research is cutting-edge and one of the best in the world, the people are friendly, and since my campus (Guy's Hospital), is situated around an actual hospital, the work is very hands on.

Worst:
There isn't much of a campus feel, PhD students don't have as many socials to integrate to read full review
Great teaching staff, facilities, opportunities. read full review
KCL has been great in offering me everything I could ask for to support and further my education. The only drawback is that it often doesn't feel like a university, due to the distance of the campus' from one another, but there's not much they can change about that! read full review
