It is an intensive, thorough and challenging programme, designed to give you the theoretical and practical skills essential for managing today's businesses. This course is suitable for both experienced corporate finance and financial management practitioners who want to add to their skills, and those looking for a career in the area. This course is accredited by the Association of Corporate Treasurers and offers exemptions from their professional exams. There are regular talks from practicing industry experts such as the former head of Financial Services Authority. As well as studying an international curriculum, you will meet and work with students from a wide variety of countries and cultures who can add international insight to class discussions and working groups, and give you a global alumni network.

This module will enable students to understand and prepare management information to support the decision-making in an organisation. Students will be able to calculate the costs associated with both the manufacturing of products and the provision of services and to determine their price. The module will expand students understanding of budgeting approaches and how budgets are produced. This module also covers effective performance management systems such as performance measures, to assist management-decision making.
