Overall Rating

This is a school for those looking to gain access to the television and film industry at an accelerated pace. You get back what you put into your university experience. If you come to Met ready to work and network, you'll find what you're looking for here as you're surrounded by like-minded people and -- based in Ealing Studios -- you're also surrounded by industry professionals every day of the week.

Uni Facilities

Met Film School is quite small so we have limited facilities, however we can access the University of West London's facilities should we need them as UWL accredits MFS.

Course and Lecturers

The fact that current industry practitioners come in to teach students of is one of the school's strongest attributes. It means learning what is current and relevant to the industry today. The downside of this means having different instructors on a regular basis so in some modules you aren't able to develop a long term connection to your teachers.

City Life

London is one of the most multicultural cities in the world so no complaints there!

Job Prospects

Met Film places emphasis on practical filmmaking. As such the skills you learn at the school allow you to quickly step into the film and television industry as you are taught transferable skills. The school also advises on what path to take in your career and helps with work placement, often personally introducing students to industry professionals and companies who may be looking to recruit new graduates.

Student Support

As a small school, the admin and academic staff are easily accessible. And mostly always on hand to help. Tutors can usually be reached by email or sometimes phone and the school offers counselling and welfare for students who need it.
