Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at Newcastle University

Staffs are nice. It makes me feel comfortable even I am far from home read full review
I love Newcastle such a lovely city read full review
The best thing is the amount of study spaces and cafes. Lots of places to get support.
Could improve by making student union building accessible - not physically but in what spaces are actually available read full review
Best: Lovely campus, in the heart of the city, which is beautiful. Lots of kind people on campus, and the ability to get stuck into lots of different activities with a whole range of people you wouldn't usually meet on your course. The Students' Union also has elected sabbatical officers who speak to university decision makers to represent the students, and they tend to make fairly good progress with their campaigns.
Worst: PGR students aren't looked after as well as the UG and Masters students. There is starting to be a move towards sorting this out, however, which is promising. read full review
