Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at Northumbria University, Newcastle

The uni is quite good, the modules are interesting, however there are useless professors. The accommodation is good and you can meet a lot of friends. The city is wonderful read full review
The staff and tutors are friendly and approachable and always happy to help.
Newcastle as a city is amazing, friends from home beg to come up.
The nightlife and clubs are amazing.
The University is modern and very advanced in terms of its utilisation of technology.

I am enjoying it so far. I don't have any major complaints, to be honest. Northumbria are doing a very good job. My main problem would be the timetabling, as discussed. I would prefer this to be more fragmented. But perhaps this is just my personal opinion. read full review
The course has meet the brief, specifically for a conversion course. There have been a number of timetabling issues that have sometimes undercut the positive aspects of the course and university. read full review
My postgrad has been amazing so far. A lot of time to be able to focus on myself including working, placement, going out, fitness etc. I'm glad I stayed up here instead of moving to London as I think the living costs would have affected my quality of living. read full review

Sports centre is really a amazing place, Infrastructure is mind blowing, Library has 24 hrs access, food and coffee prices could be better. Tuition fees can be reduced for International students and provide more scholarships. read full review

Great, Northumbria is a good Uni which does its best to look after students the right way. Its heart is in the right place. The staff are wonderful and it is in the heart of fantastic city. read full review
Course is not very good but I like the university and city of Newcastle as a whole. The lectures are not very constructive and I don't feel I learn much during them. read full review
