About Postgraduate Anesthesiology

Anaesthesiology is a specialised discipline within medicine that centres around providing expert medical care to patients before, during and after surgery. It’s an advanced branch of medical study that is available to postgraduate students of medicine, covering a range of processes including anaesthesia, pain management and emergency medicine.

Anaesthesiology students will gain the professional skills and academic knowledge required to work across clinical environments, from emergency rooms to labour wards and specialised operating theatres.

What to expect
