Entry requirements

Students need minimum of 2:2 degree in any discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. As a full-time student you are encouraged to obtain a period of pre-course professional work experience before joining. As a part-time student you should be employed in general practice surveying or have substantial contact with a property-related firm.
