Every Keele student can also access a 24-hour support line through our Student Assistance Programme, offering support for concerns such as stress and anxiety, low mood, family issues, bereavement, financial wellbeing and relationship advice.

Our Student Financial Support team offers confidential advice and guidance to help you to manage your money, so that you can make the most of your time at Keele.
We can help you to resolve issues with your Student Finance, create a budget, and support you to explore your options if you're facing financial hardship. We are also able to ensure that you receive any funding for which you may be eligible, such as bursaries, scholarships, and our award-winning Access and Success Fund.
