Overall Rating

This year has been a challenge for me. I assumed that course structure would follow a loose regime like my BA in Fine Art. However it's another skill to learn from as you learn to adapt to a different working environment.

Student Union

The biggest one so far on my campus, which is based in Farnham. I barely use it as my house is only 2 mins around the corner from the university.

Clubs and Societies

Well Organised but I don't really bother going to them otherwise

Uni Facilities

Library has all the resources available to choose from
Inside is very spacious

The outside foyer could be slightly bigger in terms of space

Learning Development building is a bit too small and needs further extension in terms of rooms

Course and Lecturers

Pro- Course mates are friendly
The lectures are organised well and easy to follow
Library has all the resources available to choose from

Con- The majority of lectures taught at UCA work on a structured regime
Set in a less flexible environment
Work is a lot harder than I assumed it to be in the first place

City Life

Farnham is a lovely, quaint town situated in the countryside. There are many pubs and bar to choose from but there are also other places located around Farnham that are convenient to drive to eg. Aldershot, Guildford

Job Prospects

The teaching will provide me a more thorough understanding in theory and help to improve my research and reading skills.

Student Support

Tutors- always willing to take on advice and further queries from students and guide you through the path you need to meet the learning outcomes.
