UK and EU students ordinarily resident in England may be eligible for a bursary if studying a postgraduate Social Work degree full time. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis by the NHS Business Services Authority.
Even if you are not eligible for a bursary, there are still many funding options available to you. British citizens are eligible for a government-sponsored loan of £10,000 towards a postgraduate degree, and you may also be able to apply for a Career Development Loan from some banks and building societies.
Finally, lots of different organisations offer funding for research postgraduates; simply search here to explore your options.
