University of Chichester is located just a five-minute walk from the centre of Chichester, and has an additional site in Bognor Regis, close to the sea. The university is constantly recognised for its teaching and facilities, and was ranked 5th for academic experience in the UK by the 2018 Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey.

The university offers both taught and research degrees at postgraduate level, with many of the courses offering work placements during the year. There is a vast range of academic departments to choose from, including Childhood, Humanities, Theatre, Business, Music and Sport.

Both sites – Bishop Otter in Chichester, and Bognor Regis Campus – are easily connected by a regular free inter-campus bus service. Across the two sites, students have access to a range of state-of-the-art facilities, including a Sports Centre, Engineering and Digital Technology Park and a Learning Resource Centre.

The University of Chichester is one of UK’s newest universities. As per RAE 2008, 75 per cent of its postgraduate research was deemed internationally recognised and world-leading. The majority of the University staff members are involved in postgraduate research and offer students high quality teaching.
