MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration)

UNIVERSITY OF CUMBRIA
Overall Rating

Overall excellent. It is a fast paced course, but the smaller class sizes and access to facilities are far better than larger universities. This means you get more one to one support. The mental health services at the University of Cumbria are fantastic.

Student Union

Good facilities, very accessible

Clubs and Societies

Good, but less than other universities I have been to.

Uni Facilities

Excellent. Good mix of old and new. Very cheap gym membership, which includes free access to local leisure centres in Lancaster & Carlisle

Course and Lecturers

I like to practical elements, which is a large part of the course.
However I find the speed of teaching challenging

City Life

Excellent locations, close to local amenities and transport links

Job Prospects

On a HCPC registered course, which means I will be fully qualified to start practising as a physiotherapist on completion of the course.

Student Support

Excellent and quickly available mental health support, there is no need to go to the NHS.
I have received prompt feedback from academic staff.
