This module is focused on one specific aspect of technical study in your given specialism that may complement or extend your academic studies at Master’s level. The area of study should support your application for Chartered Engineer (CEng) status via developing your in-depth knowledge of engineering theory and its application. The module will be taught through work based learning and the area of study will be negotiated between you and the module leader

Entry requirements

You will require: BSc/BEng(Hons) degree which is accredited for either IEng (incorporated engineer) or as part of CEng (chartered engineer); minimum of two years of relevant industrial or engineering experience; and employment within a relevant engineering role. If you don’t have a degree or an accredited degree, we can consider your application if it is supported by significant industrial experience within the engineering sector.
