In a world slowly emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic and facing the challenges of nationalism, protectionism, trade wars – students of the International Commercial Law LLM find their importance for the market and for society reaffirmed as never before. International flows of trade and investment are crucial for the development of the countries and regions, especially in moments of crises. In this programme, students will learn from a range of core and optative modules such as international investment law, international trade law, international disputes resolution, international taxation law, private international law of business transactions, international sales of goods, comparative corporate law, competition law and intellectual property law.
