Gain the necessary skills to make a real change in global health with this 100% online and part-time Master of Public Health (MPH). You will explore key topics within the essential field of public health and the insights you gain you will be to apply to your current role from day one.

Through this online Master of Public Health (MPH), you will explore the design of effective health promotion activities, discuss the trends in disease spread and prevention, and discover how public health is managed around the world. A key part of the programme is your independent research project on the topic within public health of your choice, which will help develop your research and critical analysis skills. As part of the course, you will be provided with a 1-year student membership of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).

We’re a 100% online education provider, so we use a state-of-the-art virtual learning environment (VLE) to deliver our teaching, resources and assessments. Our system tracks and manages the learning process in real-time and provides you with immediate access to your learning materials. Assessment methods

All assessments are delivered through our virtual learning environment (VLE). There is no requirement to travel to external test centres or to sit exams! Instead, you will submit assignments through the VLE, such as written reports, discussion forum participation or reflective journal entries.

We also have a policy of ensuring that the work submitted by students is authentic – we use a well-established electronic monitoring system to check for plagiarism.

Academic entry route - You must have the following qualifications as a minimum: an undergraduate degree from an approved institution, equivalent to a UK Honours degree, or a relevant professional qualification. Work experience entry route - You must meet the following criteria: at least three years’ experience in a relevant health field supported by appropriate references.
