UNIVERSITY OF GLASGOW
Overall Rating

Overall, it has been really good so far. Just a few problems to adjust to the changes that accompany starting university, but nothing particularly involving the uni. I'm sure next semester will be much easier.

Student Union

Both are brilliant.

Clubs and Societies

Good, wide range. I signed up for specific vet school societies to learn more about my interests, past course specifications.

Accommodation

Fairly expensive for the basic room/facilities you receive. The atmosphere in the student village is great and there is always new people to meet.

Uni Facilities

Very good facilities and they're currently doing renovations (vet school+main campus gym) to improve.

Course and Lecturers

It is challenging but interesting at the same time. Almost everything we learn is vital and is usually put accross in an interesting way. Practicals are used to consolidate our knowledge.

City Life

The shops and price are both great.

Job Prospects

It is a very good uni, and my course means I should have good challenging job when I graduate.

Student Support

Wide networking support services.

Having said what you have said would you recommend your uni?

Yes
