Overall Rating

So far, my overall experience has bee great! From welcome week until now, they have provided an excellent service. There are plenty of societies and activities to choose from and the campus is very beautiful. As I mentioned earlier, my only complain will be the level of english of some professors, which is nit the best and make it quite difficult to understand in lessons

Student Union

The student union at my university seems to be one of the strengths of this institution. They are very active and they have achieved several benefits for students (discounts, improved facilities and other benefits). They also develop different programs for students and several activities to meet other people.

I do not get involved because at this point of my career (post-graduate student) I would like to focus in other things such as studying and my job.

Clubs and Societies

There is a variety of options to choose at University of Greenwich, although most of them are aimed for undergraduate students rather than post-graduate students.

Uni Facilities

The Greenwich Maritime Campus is very beautiful and the Stockwell street library is very good as well.

My only complain will be that some classrooms are quite small for the number of students, and some bathrooms are not cleaned too frequently.

Course and Lecturers

What I like the most is that courses are thought in a practical and empirical way, rather than being too theoretical.

What I like the lest is that the level of english of some professors is not the best, which make it quite difficult to understand.

City Life

Living in London is great! This is a very cosmopolitan city, with people for all over the world, which makes it a very good place to study.

There are also different options to go out and to visit!

Job Prospects

One of the most useful programs at my university is the Employability and Careers Service. Among the difference services that this office provides, there is an on campus career clinic that helps students to write their CV. They also provide feedback about cover letters, interview tips and support.

The Employability and Career Service also organises career fairs, brings key note speakers and has links with different companies to help students to get internships and post-graduate jobs!

Student Support

Tutors provide very good support to students they are always available and they are very responsive. So far, every time I had an issue, they have always provided a quick and positive response.
