International Conflict Analysis - PDip, MA

UNIVERSITY OF KENT
Overall Rating

I loved my undergrad so much I came back for a masters degree!! The breadth of views given by both staff and students, the opportunities to leanr new skills and get involved are wonderful

Student Union

Our students union was a bit of a laughing stock after the black history month debacle featuring Asian representatives. Other than that I have a limited experience with them

Clubs and Societies

Many many option with the opportunity to start almost any. There's even one for UKIP....sadly

Uni Facilities

It's like a min-town! Everything you need!

Course and Lecturers

Teaching is by academics very highly rated in the field. On only one or two occasions has there been a clear preference to their research over teaching.

City Life

Very small city which can be both good and bad. You know everyone....but then everyone knows you

Job Prospects

There is a full careers department as well as a subject-specific one. An employability programme which aims to increase transferable skills many industry-led speakers programmes on careers in defence, charity work and government etc

Student Support

Most tutors offer constructive feedback and there are plenty of resources available here for individual needs. Support staff are wonderful
