Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at University of Kent

Business Adminstration

UNIVERSITY OF KENT

Student Reviewer - March 2015

My course teaches you a wide set of skills that are transferable to a variety of careers. The gym on campus is really useful as it means you don't need to travel to and from the gym in town to be able to exercise and I have joined the Kickboxing society read full review

Drama

UNIVERSITY OF KENT

Student Reviewer - March 2015

My course overall is enjoyable, but there is lack of organisation which is an administration problem but effects how efficiently the course is taught. On campus I lived in Tyler Court which was really good because of the people there and convenience of distance on campus. I now live in town which is further away and less sociable. read full review

On my Psychology course at Kent, you are able to conduct your own research which means you're able to apply your learnings to real life situations to gain a better understanding of them. There's good nights out and the club on campus means that societies are able to meet up regularly read full review
In town, there is always something to do as there's bars and events on and off campus. There are also banks on campus which means that first years especially benefit from financial advice read full review

UNIVERSITY OF KENT

In first year of my course you are able to choose wide modules which means you're not necessarily restricted to studying things only relevant to your degree, and so you can gain skills that you can use in other environments outside of literature. The SU provides support for students, such as housing advice for searching for your own accommodation read full review
