The module focuses on the theoretical foundations and practical applications of socio-technical systems thinking across a wide range of problem domains, which may include: IT systems, pro-environmental behaviour, workspace design, tele-health, safety, resilience and crowds. The module will include examples and case studies. It will be assessed in part by group assignment that requires you to work in multi-disciplinary teams to analyse a business problem or event, in addition to an unseen exam.

Students need to have bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) that is BPS accredited. We accept a range of international equivalent qualifications.
