I was initially pleased with the academic credentials of the department but the non-academic nature of a number of course assessments weakened the positive effects research may have had on the study experience. Practical training would have been better provided through a purely practice-led course rather than a confused mixture of theory and advice.
I was later dismayed by difficulties with administration and inadequate responses to several enquiries I made with regard to serious issues the university should have better handled. The financial cost of the course did not at all reflect what was actually provided by the university.
