Are you a doctor, dentist or other healthcare professional seeking to develop your role as a teacher, trainer, supervisor or mentor? This programme builds your confidence and competence and develops your research skills. Available to study full-time over one year, or part-time over three years, you will be supported in applying new knowledge and skills to your current or future professional role.

On this programme, you collaborate with colleagues from a range of healthcare professions, sharing your experiences and advancing your knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment. This module will provide students with the knowledge and skills associated with the project design, development and knowledge transfer process. Students will gain practical experience of multi-disciplinary team working through problem identification and problem solving to encourage innovation and creativity in project design, development and knowledge transfer.
