Postgraduate Diploma Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy

Overall Rating

Awful and would not recommend. No empathy, unclear benchmarks frequently changed, students bullied and intimidated, high drop out rate with students often leaving lecturers in tears, complaint system biased in favour of university, intimidating if seeking legal advice, complete refusal to engage with mediation even in face of court proceedings. If you raise concerns with vice chancellor: no response.

Student Support

No support or empathy from tutors or university itself. Complaint regarding bullying and intimidation by staff still not being acknowledged or admitted too. Complete refusal of request for mediation even after legal intervention. Course guidelines changed weekly with high drop out rate due to situations such as the above. Only support comes from empathic peer students
