What you will study

We’ll train you in the competencies that the big names in the hospitality business are looking for, focusing on operations, service delivery systems and the best management practices in operation around the world.

Throughout the course, you’ll study hospitality management from different angles. We’ll teach you how to identify trends, take ethical considerations into account, the importance of revenue maximisation and how to create effective systems.

You’ll learn about the important decisions that face modern hotel managers today and how to consider the value of alternative approaches to business. By the time you graduate, you’ll be equipped to make your own mark on the industry.

Study and work abroad

There may be opportunities to acquire valuable European experience by working or conducting research abroad during your degree or shortly afterwards. It is possible to do this in the summer period with an Erasmus+ grant working on your dissertation or as a recent graduate. In order to qualify your Erasmus+ traineeship must be a minimum of two months.
