During this module you will study the concepts and frameworks used in strategic decision-making and an entrepreneurial context, and develop your strategic management abilities. We will look at the changing environment for businesses and introduce appropriate tools for analysing the opportunities and threats that are emerging.

Entry requirements

Students should have an honours degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or equivalent. You should also have a minimum of two years relevant postgraduate work experience. All applications are considered individually.
