Course overview
This course is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). If you are looking to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales you have several options. This includes the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination 1 and 2 (SQE 1 and 2) which was introduced in September 2021.
This course will allow you to progress to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales by doing one of the following:

Students need to have a 2:1 degree in a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) approved by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority. The minimum entry requirements for this course are: A 2:1 degree in a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) approved by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority or A 2:1 undergraduate degree classification in any discipline and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
