Modules

Informed by a sociocultural view of learning which emphasises the dynamic process of knowledge construction in which staff and students collaborate and share new knowledge. You'll maintain the important connections between theory and practice, in that practice is understood as dynamic and emergent. We'll provide you with the tools to develop a critical understanding of the perspective which can be applied to analyse and evaluate your own and others' practice in any kind of educational institution or situation, including the workplace. In addition, we'll help you to take forward your understanding of learning, and help you begin to consider what that might mean for your approach to pedagogy.
