Most courses at NTU have minimum entry requirements, but applicants are assessed on an individual basis for their ability to benefit from the course. Places may be offered on the basis of non-standard entry qualifications, and industrial or professional experience.

Student union

Nottingham Trent Students’ Union (NTSU) is run by students for students, representing the needs and views of students, and offering extra support for any NTU students who may need it.

There is a students’ union building at City, Clifton and Brackenhurst campuses, running a varied programme of entertainment throughout the year including comedy performances, quiz nights, formal balls and gigs.
