Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) is a level of practice that involves autonomy and decision-making, carried out by highly-experienced registered health practitioners. It is underpinned by Health Education England’s four pillars: clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research. The course faculty is made up of more than 20 academics from a variety of professional backgrounds including doctors, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, physician associates, speech and language therapists, and researchers.Three times a year the entire ACP cohort will meet in professional practice days, where you will learn in a multi-disciplinary setting what it means to be an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
