The MRes Management will foster students’ understanding and critical appreciation of aspects of research in the business and management field, including research paradigms, research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative), data collection techniques, and theories. The programme will equip students with a clear understanding of what constitutes quality research and familiarise them with the research process from inception to project completion.The programme’s overall goal is to develop researchers who are able to identify potential topics and avenues for research and ensure they have the skills to pursue their chosen study. It is well-suited for students interested in later pursuing a PhD. The MRes Management is one way IBSS will identify students suited for further study.
