It’s pretty good, there should be more group activities at the union, like more drinking events read full review
I am enjoying the course structure and how much I am learning already despite being not even half way through my first year read full review
Really friendly and professional place to study and grow , with access to a wide range of facilities. It could be improved by hosting more social events for students read full review

Really friendly staff and student body. Great location combining city life and coastal freedom to roam in nature. Great facilities.
As a postgraduate, I would like larger studio spaces and an outdoor 'messy' area for experimental arts practice. read full review
The university has an incredible breadth of facilities that are open for any students to use after they have been inducted. The inductions could be run more often as sometimes it is hard to get into one when the spots fill up quickly. All of the tutors and administration are wonderful and helpful. As an international student I have greatly enjoyed my time here, both on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Would highly recommend to other art students from the US for an arts university in the UK. read full review

The community and space are leading in programme structure and facilities. There is a broad scope and support services for the arts at every level. Its a cohesive and collaborative space, with a great standard of in house and visiting academics, practitioners and technicians. One point I would make for improvement is that the workshop access and studio allocation needs to be arranged before time, allowing students equal and specialist access to support there practice, from the outset of the academic year. More local food available in house would be good throughout the year and available a little later in the day, for those working through til late. read full review

What I really like about AUP, is the positive, inclusive feel one gets every where you go. From the moment one walks through the door at reception people are knowledgable, friendly guiding you to where you need to be. The library is excellent full of people helping students in many ways. I went there for help navigating the student portal, and this has opened many doors to further investigations and research. I have many issues with learning and so knowing that when I have problems I can find help. is really very useful and supportive. It allows me to relax about the course and get stuck into the research Im interested in and fully immerse myself in my Art practice in the studio. The studio is full of busy people doing thee same, and we all interact, teaching each other, through our practice and our interaction with the course and lecturers. read full review
